Following their SCREAM game, Funko are carving out another horror experience with a new tabletop game based on Leatherface’s famous franchise.
This is not to be confused with the other TEXAS CHAINSAW board game!
From the press release, Funko Games says: “In this all-out game, you, the player, have two options – survive or die trying, at least on the gameboard. While the ferocious Sawyer family is played by one player, the other players will play as unfortunate travelers doing everything they can to not be the next victims. It’s a game that lets players feel like a part of the world of THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE, all without the high stakes.”

TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE SLAUGHTERHOUSE targets players ages thirteen and up, with the game designed for 2-5 players. A game match runs from 45-60 minutes.
The original horror classic turns 50 next year (can you believe that?), I wonder if there’d be any interest in a screening…
