Dewey is back!
The character may have been killed off in 2022’s SCREAM, but Deadline reports that David Arquette has joined SCREAM 7 to reprise the role of Dewey Riley.
This follows the announcements of Matthew Lillard returning as Stu Macher and Scott Foley coming back as Roman Bridger, so what the Ghostface is going on here?
Deadline say, “The trio played characters who died in the franchise and are returning in a surprise way. Details regarding how [Arquette] comes back and the film’s plot are currently under wraps.”
The seventh installment will release in cinemas February 2026!
