And talkin’ bout sequels!
Back in 2019, A QUIET PLACE writers Scott Beck and Bryan Woods wrote and directed the underrated HAUNT – which features a group of friends going into the wrong kind of haunted house.
It did its job very well, has a strong cult following; so what about a sequel?
During a Reddit AMA this week to promote their new Adam Driver vs dinosaurs movie 65 (ticket sold right here), Beck and Woods broke the news that HAUNT 2 talks are indeed taking place!
Beck and Woods responded to a fan over on Reddit, “We can confirm that conversations for a HAUNT sequel are officially underway. Happy (early) Halloween!!”
Sam Raimi has regularly refuted any idea of a sequel to DRAG ME TO HELL, based on Christine’s horrific end and whatever comes after that for her.
But now Reddit AMA has struck again – during the same chat, Sam Raimi suggested that his team is trying to crack a possible sequel story!
Raimi tells Reddit, “The team at Ghost House Pictures: Romel Adam and Jose Canas, are trying to come up with a story that would work and I’m anxious to hear if they do!”
